As for the sound, adding stopAllSounds to the actionscript before the stuff on the restart button that sends you back to the introductory screen may help. I'm kinda new at Flash, myself, but I hope my advice works for you. How it should work is that the music will stop, and then start again when the person playing goes to the intro screen.

Unfortunately, this could be WAAAAY better. First, shorten the intro, second, practice drawing and get better at it, it will help! Finally, some spellchecking would help as well. Timing was great, and your taste in music is great as well. A heartfelt effort if I saw one, but definitely not the best thing I've ever seen. Keep trying, I know you can do it!

In the fight scene, there's 1 major flaw. The game freezes if Captain Comm... Er, I mean, Sinclair, gets knocked down. Other than that, it's pretty cool to see a movie starring Capt. Comma... I mean, Sinclair!

I did find some faults, though. The one that annoyed me the most is that when you click on a building type to build, sometimes a building will get upgraded, even though you didn't intend to. Aside from that, the George bush thing was pretty funny, but the game gets repetitive after a while, so 7/10. Not bad, but could be better.
